The hotel gave us a room upgrade which was a suite extremely nice, comfortable and spacious. The bed was really big and comfortable; the service at the restaurants was great and the breakfast was super big and generous with a huge variety of delicious food both national and international. The hotel is located in a quite area away from the noise and therefore offers a good quality sleep. The center is 10 minutes by taxi, the hotel provides taxi services which is very convenient. There is a private garden in front of the beach which is great to relax and away from the crowded beach. Last, the value paid for the room at this hotel is very good in comparison with others located at the historic center, which offer less quality for a similar price, the Radisson is totally worth it!

The staff was friendly, our room was comfortable and well maintained. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious and the restaurant offers a lot of choices for lunch or dinner. The pool area is not huge but it was well appointed, spotless and never too crowded. The hotel sits in front of a large public beach with plenty of space. The hotel has taxi services available with friendly drivers. There is a travel office available where you can book city tours or excursions to the nearby Rosario Islands and more. The airport is less than 10 minutes away and the city center can be reached in 15 minutes. All in all, a great place for families!

The room is big and comfortable bed, if you are family with children you will have enough space. The food at the restoran for dinner pretty good. If you are visiting Cartagena and doesnt mind stay 10 minutes further to get to the central, this is a good deal compare to other hotel. Near to airport too.

well located, nice staff. Two different pools for families and adults make it more confortable for everyone. The solarium staff Pedro and Andres in the bar and the boys frin the pool make our time at the hotel a great moment. The food quality and price are good compare to other hotel kitchen
